Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines dance, music, martial arts and African culture. Learn kicks, evasions, and acrobatic movements such as cartwheels and more. Capoeira also teaches music and rhythms used to play with a partner. Intermediate and advanced students learn take downs and practice more challenging movements, as well as developing music and learning the history. Capoeira has value for everyone teaching expression, reflexes, music skills and more!
